Join us for a relaxed and educational day of stand-up paddleboarding (SUPing) on the Roanoke River at Green Hill Park. This Introduction to SUPing with the Community Youth Program is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of paddleboarding while exploring the local environment. Participants will also have the chance to learn about macroinvertebrates, or 'water bugs,' that inhabit the river. It is a fantastic way for youth to connect with nature and gain new outdoor skills.
