The District 5 “Dream Big” Teen Girls Empowerment 24-Hour Lock-In is a special event hosted by Councilwoman Keosha B. Bell. Designed to inspire and empower young women, this event provides a safe and supportive environment for teens to connect, learn, and dream big. Held at Burdett Park, the lock-in features a variety of activities aimed at fostering leadership and personal growth. We invite all eligible teens to join us for this transformative experience.
